Substance Abuse Treatment Services:

Crossroads of Life Substance Abuse program (CRLSB) is  a licensed Substance Abuse Recovery program through the Department of Community Health (DCH); Healthcare Facility Regulation (HFR) department serving adolescent and adults that are chemically dependent. Trauma Focused and best/evidence based practice modalities are utilized through Individual/Family and Group Counseling as clinically appropriate for adolescent and adults with primary Substance Abuse Diagnosis and Co-occurring disorders.

  • Substance Abuse Education Recovery Sessions/Groups

  • Individual/Groups & Family Therapy
